The 6th through 8th grade softball camp is on as planned from 9:30-11 am.
TODAY 6/19 Due to unplayable field conditions at this time, the 3rd through 5th grade softball camp is canceled for today. We are looking forward to seeing you next year and appreciate your hard work this week!
We are continuing to work on the fields and will make a call by 9 am if we will still have the 6th through 8th grade camp. We will post the information at that time. Thank you for your patience.

Girls Basketball Open Gym is CANCELED FOR THIS WEEK due to Softball Camp. It will start up again next week. We are sorry for the short notice.
Upcoming events for June 15 - 21
Central hosted 95 girls ready to improve their basketball skills and compete. In the 6th-8th grade group we worked on skills and drills that we will run throughout the season to improve ball handling, shooting, defense and rebounding. On the last day we had a 4 team tournament so the girls could work on the skills practiced and put them into game type situations. Our 2nd-5th grade group worked on 7 different stations to improve all fundamental skills they will in game play. At the end of each day we had dribble knockout, knockout, free throw and sharp shooting competitions. It was another great camp! Thank you to our camp coaches!
Summer Baseball Camp is cancelled today due to weather. Coach Joop will work on adding an open field date in July. If you did not get your shirt, please email Coach Joop at ejoop@centrtal51.net.

Congratulations to the Track & Field State Qualifiers for this week's upcoming State Meet! The 8th Grade Girls finished in 1st place at Sectionals!! 14 events qualified to move on to State. Good luck this weekend! We are so proud! GO TROJANS!!!

The Central Care Club is ready for business beginning Monday, May 19th through Thursday, May 22nd.
We have hundreds of books for sale and each book is only $0.25! Please see the attached flyers for more information.
We will be open each day of the week so if students have money and their teacher's permission, they can come to the book fair at any time during the school day to purchase books to prepare for summer reading!

INDOOR GRADUATION TOINGHT!
Due to the unpredictable weather forecast for this evening, including the potential for high wind gusts and varying chances of rain and severe weather, we have decided to move our 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony indoors.
The ceremony will now take place in Holford Gym at 6:30 p.m.
Usher's arrival at 5:30 pm. Please enter at Central Gym.
Graduate arrival at 5:45-6 pm. Please enter at Central Gym.
Doors for seating will open at 5:45 pm
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, each graduate will receive six tickets for guest seating in the gym. Tickets will be distributed to students today at school.
